Where and when did Round Table start?

Bill Larson founded the first Round Table Pizza Parlor in Menlo Park, California, in 1959.

What does “Pizza Royalty” mean?

At Round Table, we’re committed to the art of serving a great pizza. Folks consider us Pizza Royalty because we use only the finest, gold-standard ingredients in our recipes, and, like the Knights of the Round Table, we pledge to never compromise and always do right by those we serve.

How many slices are there in a Round Table pizza?

The number of slices in a pizza depends on the size of the pizza. Below is a breakdown of the number of slices by pizza size. Some locations may not carry all sizes.

Does Round Table Pizza offer a gluten–free crust?

In select locations, Round Table Pizza does offer a Gluten-Free crust – Traditional Pan Style. Please be aware that during normal kitchen operations involving shared cooking and preparation areas, there is always a possibility that our gluten-free crust may come in contact with wheat flour and/or other non-gluten-free items. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely gluten-free. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgement in consuming these items.

I really love the Round Table Cheese. Can you tell me what you use to make your cheese?

We use a cheese blend of 80% whole-milk mozzarella, 10% aged cheddar and 10% provolone. All of our cheeses use a microbial enzyme.

I really love Round Table Pizza, but there are no locations near me. Can I have the product frozen and shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship our product due to food safety concerns.


How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, go to our locator and click “Order Online” from your preferred restaurant. Next, click on “Forgot Password” on the right side below the login fields. You will then land on the recover password page. Enter your email and click send. This will send an email to the address you entered. That email will include a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk mail filter.

Passwords are not recoverable; they can only be reset. Neither the restaurants nor Round Table Pizza have access to your password information.

What do I do if the system does not recognize my email address?

When the system doesn’t recognize your email address, this may be due to one of the following: 1) We completed a major upgrade to the site and were not able to move your account over due to technical limitations. 2) You previously ordered from a different Round Table restaurant and do not have an account with the current store. In this case, create a new account.

If the system does not recognize your address and it does not allow you to create a new account, submit a comment and let us know what restaurant you are trying to order from and what email account you are using. We’ll then investigate and get back to you as quickly as we can.

How does the reorder function work?

The reorder function allows you to quickly repeat your previous orders. These functions are available only when you are logged into the system. This function has two options: repeating previous orders and reordering from a saved orders list.

Repeating previous orders simply loads an order you have placed from your order history. Saved orders are orders that you have saved but have not necessarily submitted. To access these features, log in or create an account, then click on “My Account” in the upper-right corner of the site.

Why am I unable to receive delivery online but able to get delivery when I order over the phone?

There are two possibilities: 1) When you call on the phone, restaurants sometimes use their discretion to expand their formal delivery areas. When you order online, the restaurant doesn’t have this opportunity. 2) There is a mistake. If you would like us to investigate, please submit a comment. You must include your full address and the full address of the restaurant from which you are attempting to order.

Why do I have to choose a location to view the menu?

Menus vary by restaurant. In order to provide you with the most detailed information possible, including prices, we ask you to first locate and select the store you wish to order from. You do not have to complete the order; you can stop just at the menu. We also need to know if you are looking for takeout or delivery, as some items are available for one or the other. Can I view the menu without logging in and creating a password?

Yes. Select your store using the locator at Click on “Order Now”. Select your dining type. You can then view the menu as a guest, without registering or using a password.

Where can I find specials online?

Select your store using our store locator, click “Order Online”, select your dine-type to reach the menu. Then, look under a “Specials” category for deals.

How do I get a refund?

For the quickest resolution, contact the store directly. If you need further assistance, submit a comment. Please note the second option will take longer to process. If you choose it, include the full address of the restaurant you ordered from, the date of your transaction and the name on the transaction. DO NOT include your credit card number.

What payment options are available through online ordering?

Payment options vary by restaurant. All options for a particular restaurant are presented to the customer on the checkout screen.

What browsers do you support?

We support the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version.

Can I use my coupon online?

Sometimes. It depends on whether or not your store is offering online ordering and whether or not that coupon is valid online. If it is, you should see a redemption code or the information “also available as an online special.” If you don’t have a coupon that works online, check out the specials directly on your restaurant’s online ordering site using the instructions above.

Can I order using a mobile device?

You can order from most Round Table Pizza locations using a mobile web browser. Currently, Round Table Pizza does not offer an app. A few restaurants do not currently offer mobile web ordering but are upgrading their services and should in the near future.
